Sophia on the storm

"You can dance in the storm. Don't wait for the rain to be over before because it might take too long. You can do it now. Wherever you are, right now, you can start, right now; this very moment." - Israelmore Ayivor

P.L.A.N.
P.L.A.N, which stands for Protection, Localization, Acquisition, and Navigation, is the guiding principle of the SAS (British Special Forces) during survival situations in hostile environments.
The objective of this collection for women is to create clothing that can meet specific needs essential for survival in any situation. These primary needs include protection from the elements (rain, wind, snow, heat), transportation of essential food and water supplies, the ability to sleep, and for certain pieces, the possibility of camouflage, while for others, high visibility for rescue.
The clothing will be modular and adjustable to adapt to the different needs of the wearer, and easily transportable when not worn on the body. Despite their volume, these imposing pieces will be lightweight and durable thanks to the use of technical materials. The dominant color in this collection will be orange, as it is one of the most easily recognizable colors in nature.
Each piece will feature inscriptions detailing their use and various applications, as well as survival instructions.
Accessories will play a significant role in this collection since they are critical in defining the survival of the person wearing them. Therefore, we will find bags/pockets, shoe accessories (leggings, crampons), as well as head accessories (hats, balaclavas, etc.).
Some of these accessories will be made from recycled materials such as fuel cans, crates, etc.
